The Role:
As an Immigration Case Manager at Cohen Immigration Law, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Help Immigration Attorneys prepare immigration files, including filling out application forms, gathering documents, and following up with clients.
Build knowledge about immigration pathways, policy developments, and law firm processes.
Review application packages for correctness and completeness, before submission to immigration authorities.
Meet assigned deadlines and communicate file updates to supervisors and Immigration Attorneys.
Be responsible for accurately maintaining client information in our case management system.
You are an advocate of immigration rights, and passionate about helping clients achieve their immigration goals. Technology-savvy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's Degree an asset;
Prior immigration-related work an asset; Fluent in French and other languages an asset.
