Role Responsibilities

  • Collating and analyzing data using preset tools, methods and formats.
  • Accurate data entry and attaching documentation to Work Orders and Assets in the company.
  • Ordering all office furniture; office supplies and clothing (such as coveralls, jackets, etc.) as required.
  • Arranging venues, equipment, catering, accommodation, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium scale events.
  • Identifying within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.

Role Requirements

  • A Certificate in Office Administration or a related field.
years of related administrative experience.

  • Considered an asset:
  • Post-Secondary administrative degree or diploma.
  • Experience in a forestry, manufacturing or an industrial environment.
  • Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System(s).
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.
  • Accuracy in processing and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and skill in meeting deadlines with multiple duties and tasks.
  • Adaptable to change and able to work under pressure, with changing priorities and deadlines.
