The Project Manager is responsible for leading the overall project management for several highly complex global legal enterprise data, digital health and artificial intelligence (AI) projects, simultaneously.

This role will manage and communicate project information to the various Global, Area and Affiliate Functions supported by Legal. Consistently exercises good judgment within policies and regulations.

Lead the overall global legal enterprise data, digital health and artificial intelligence (AI) project management for major projects, simultaneously.

Accountable for meeting project objectives on schedule and within budget.

Collects and compiles global legalenterprise data, digital health and AI project information and ensures information is correct and appropriately communicated; Sets agendas and conducts milestone meetings for ongoing projects.

Utilizes project scheduling software to plan and track projects; works with legal and business functional groups to develop the project steps; Provides a focal point for implementation; assigns responsibilities with the global legal enterprise or business organizations as appropriate (internal and external).

Responsible for managing large cross-functional department projects, reviews all project processes and seeks ways to improve efficiency and timelines of project processing and deliverables.

Sets project priorities, develops project plan, and determines and secures necessary resource needs and reviews key decisions impacting budget/timelines with global legal enterprise management to provide recommendations for resolution
Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Have a high degree of freedom to achieve these objectives and maintain constant communication/interaction with stakeholders to ensure quick responses and satisfactory outcomes.

Bachelor's degree, specific project management or business training/certifications preferred
~5+ years of project management experience
~ Proficient in project management practices, portfolio review and budgeting
~ Knowledge of data, AI and digital health preferred but not required
~ Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and SharePoint skills are required
