Schedule:8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

September 1, 2025

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch plumbers to various jobs and work sites; provide all relevant details concerning service and maintenance requests.
  • Efficiently prepare schedules and timetables for plumbers, based on needs of customers, availability of plumbers and requirements of the job.
  • Monitor plumbers' GPS locations to coordinate service requests and schedules.
  • Reconcile work orders to timesheets and timesheets to GPS.
  • Relay any incoming work orders or schedule changes to plumbers.
  • Review completed service work orders for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service requests, services performed, and other relevant dispatch information.
  • Address and resolve service conflicts by communicating clearly and maintaining a professional courteous demeanour at all times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, service invoicing, and all other inquiries.
  • Maintain client and supplier database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.
  • Assist with training and the implementation of new processes, procedures, and software/programs introduced to the plumbing team. Any other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and customer service.
  • Previous experience in the plumbing industry as a Dispatcher/Scheduler is preferred.
  • Experience using Field Promax (digital work order system) is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of computer software and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high volume of work with mínimal supervision.
  • Must be selfmotivated, driven, and proactive in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated ability to maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with our plumbers, office staff, and clients.
