MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE Key accountabilities of this position include:

  • Build and maintain a forecast of Value Realization through an understanding of annual/quarterly initiatives, their delivery timelines, and their value creation ambitions
  • Work closely with the Agile Portfolio Management team and functional teams to understand quarterly and annual initiatives
  • Catalogue target outcomes from all portfolio initiatives and identify overlaps/double counting
  • Create and maintain a portfolio view of projected outcomes and their associated timelines
  • Measure and report progress of the Bank's portfolio of evolving initiatives against its business value realization targets
  • Understand key drivers of value creation and their leading indicators
  • Build historic baselines for leading indicators and Key Results
  • Work with functions across the bank to define and implement ways to track outcomes from the portfolio
  • Create, maintain, and present Value Creation scorecard and forecast for the portfolio of initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Identify Value Realization risks to the Portfolio Management team, and identify and propose potential mitigation actions

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualifications and Technical Expertise:
  • Progressive experience in portfolio performance tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies and Objectives, Key Results (OKR) frameworks
  • Strong understanding of business and financial metrics and how they interrelate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in your past positions
