Our B2B and B2I clients offer Maple's virtual care services as health and wellness benefits for their patients/employees.

With thousands of clients and partners, including some of Canada's largest brands, and millions of covered patients, this is a unique opportunity to significantly impact the future of healthcare delivery.

You'll be responsible for understanding our client's business challenges, goals, and requirements, and then collaborating with internal teams to design and implementhealthtech solutions that address these needs effectively.

From providing technical expertise during the sales process to supporting clients through post-sales implementation, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our products and services, improving sales strategies, and ultimately driving client satisfaction.

You will create and maintain technical content, liaise with cross-functional teams, and continuously gather feedback to identify areas for product development and improvement.

You'll leverage your deep understanding of customer experience to ensure seamless and impactful product and service implementations.

Your digital literacy and data mastery will enable you to analyze client requirements and derive actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

By managing complexity and effectively handling multiple projects, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your stakeholder management skills to maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value and satisfaction.

To realize the company's growth mandate, within the first 90 days, your primary objective will be to deliver tangible results that demonstrate your immediate impact on Maple's goals.

You will lead the design and implementation of innovative virtual care programs that address our clients' evolving needs and contribute to Maple's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree coupled with at least six years of experience in a solutions manager, implementation, or project management role within a high-growth B2B tech environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong capability to apply technology solutions to business issues and expertise in converting product ideas and expressed requirements into a comprehensive set of concrete deliverables.

Proactive and self-motivated, the ideal candidate has experience building the case for, planning, leading, and delivering complex and evolving agile projects.

The ideal candidate possesses strong business analysis skills and capability to understand complex systems, processes and workflows, able to optimize and create business requirements via workflows and user stories.

The ideal candidate has strong project management or program management skills, is thorough and meticulous, has an eye for detail, and is committed to following through.

They are deeply empathetic to others' perspectives and can build trust with clients and partners while managing project expectations and outcomes.

While not mandatory, experience in healthcare or an understanding of the health benefits ecosystem is considered an asset.
