Position Overview

Maintain a secure endpoint environment and provide Level 2 desktop, mobile, and peripheral equipment support for assigned technologies within the Manitoba health system enterprise architecture.

Experience

  • 3 years of experience in enterprise IT providing desktop support focusing on desktop and mobile hardware equipment support, peripheral devices, endpoint management utilities, and operating hardware tools.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • A post-secondary diploma in an IT-related program from an accredited institution.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated staff leadership capabilities within the provincial health system framework.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work safely in a computerized office environment, lift items up to approximately 10 kg, and have a valid Manitoba driver's license for travel.
  • Interruptions are common, but focused time for planning can be scheduled.
