What you'll do


As Digital Marketing and Operations Manager, you execute FigBytes' digital strategy across paid channels while supporting our website and CRM.

This position is only suitable for a person who looks forward to getting in the trenches, leaves ego behind, and has a proven B2B track record in digital strategy, systems, budgeting, execution, and reporting.

**Essential Duties

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Bing, and other channels by conducting keyword research and analyzing past performance to achieve funnel KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to create highimpact, engaging ads and maintain supporting campaign documentation and Asana tasks.
  • Manage budget, results, and reporting across all paid channels while monitoring spend, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Own our HubSpot instance and manage CRM projects with a contractor who supports development, hygiene, and workflow tasks.
  • Provide sales with information on campaigns, leads, and results to ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably with a Marketing emphasis or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B Digital Marketing and strategy experience, preferably for enterprise software products.
  • An expert at digital marketing including Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEM, SEO, and website management.
  • Experienced with marketing technology including HubSpot
  • Has strong quantitative skills, is data fluent, and can distill complex analyses into actionable business insights.
  • A selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced environment and approaches collaboration with kindness, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
  • A desire to learn about sustainability and connection and accountability to the FigBytes mission and brand.
