Description
The Customer Service Representative is passionate about helping people and always focused on serving the client. Your day varies from product consultation, processing paperwork, replenishing stock, arranging display products and occasional cleaning. Serving the customer is always top priority regardless of your work area.

You will likely spend the majority of your time with clients in either a sales or support role and will have the opportunity to learn other skills as needed.

We provide proper training and support to allow you to enjoy and succeed in your role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drives store sales and growth by personally consulting with customers in a noncommission environment
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient check out experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
  • Interact daily with customers online in one of several social sites
  • Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase
  • Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, retickets and the mark out of stock process
  • Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock, including merchandise and nonmerchandise, to brand standards to enable efficient replenishment
  • Assists web developing in promoting retail items

  • London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
