Duties
:


Under the general supervision of the Associate Registrar, Student Fees Services, the incumbent is responsible for specific duties within the Student Fees Services department directly related to the College's Accounts Receivable system and student bursaries function.

Responds to customer inquiries concerning work study, summer work and all bursaries. Maintains all confidential departmental staff and budget records and provides accounting support. Maintains the management of updating forms and provides direct clerical/administrative support to the Associate Registrar.Qualifications**- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration or Business

  • Minimum 2 years' previous experience in accounting and record keeping duties
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and time management skills and posses the ability to work under constant timelines within a team environment
  • Word processing and data entry experience
  • Experience achieving a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
