Do you enjoy managing compliance assessments and information security initiatives? Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Technology & Compliance, you will provide leadership and direction for all the PCI (Payment Card Industry) DSS (Data Security Standard) compliance and Information Technology Internal Controls (ITGC) assessments.

You will also be is responsible for ensuring that the organization meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements to protect cardholder data.

Subject matter expert and primary point of contact on PCI compliance.

Develop and maintain the PCI control framework and supporting accountability structure and management procedures and providing support to various process and control owners in achieving ongoing compliance certifications for the LCBO's PCI services.

Develop and maintain policies and procedures to comply with PCI DSS version 4 requirements.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.
Manage the PCI compliance planning, education, training, and awareness.
Provide PCI requirements in RFPs and contracts for projects that involve credit card transactions.
Sign off on project charters/Intake documentation when the project has an impact on PCI DSS.
Manage relationships with payment card vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with PCI DSS.

Demonstrated leadership, strong management & interpersonal skills to direct, supervise, support and motivate subordinate staff & cross functional teams.

~ 3-5 years of work experience in security risk and compliance management, running PCI Compliance programs which includes familiarity with PCI DSS v4 Requirements, project management, security policy management.
~ Experience managing PCI and ITGC assessments.
~ Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
~ Proficiency with MS Office, project management software, Visio and at least one GRC tool.
~ Solid understanding of common security tools such as scanners & firewalls.
