Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budget estimates, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Budget Management:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for the project.
- Monitor project expenses, track costs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requests from contractors and suppliers.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of project activities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
