WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is an entry level position for someone who is administratively strong, organized, and has excellent communication and customer service skills. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Company with general administration and special projects. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Reception

Full-time reception coverage including:


• Greeting and directing candidates, clients, and guests


• Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls


• Preparing interview rooms for scheduled client meetings or other events


• Ensuring interview rooms and reception area are always presentable


• Handling mail and office deliveries

Operations Support


• Screening, registering, matching, and dispatching Pros to Org job sites


• Providing payroll and accounting support, including:


• Collecting and maintain payroll and personal documents


• Data entry into payroll system


• Payroll preparation and coverage


• WCB management and reporting


• Recruitment support for Pros including:


• Completing background checks


• Business development support such as generating job leads and supporting marketing campaigns


• Other administrative support duties as assigned

Business Development Support


• Outbound lead generation for core roles


• Inbound lead management


• Business development support such as generating job leads and supporting marketing campaigns

Office and Administrative Support

General office support including:


• Company catering and events assistance


• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding office tasks


• Maintaining and tracking employee work stations and assets


• Monitoring office shared mailbox


• General support for the Manager of Administration


• Document and data control


• Monitoring office shared mailbox


• IT support coverage and database administration


• Other administrative tasks and projects, as assigned

Please note, this position is based out of our Vancouver office and requires in-office attendance.

• Minimum 1 year in an office or corporate environment
