- 2+ years working with engineering teams in the capacity of product development manager.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.

How you will lead:
- Lead a team of full stack developers to solve some of the most complex problems in our Authorization and Authentication capabilities.
- Effectively resource plan and forecast deliverables based on product, team, and broader company needs.
- Be a boundaryless leaders who with need to navigate across the company and capabilities to accomplish your goals
- Work with nontechnical partners (including customers) to translate complex technical challenges, projects, and outcomes into easily understood, digestible information.
- Work with product management to distill requirements and challenges into technical requirements for the team.
