About the Role

P & N Development Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our child development programs. As a Child Development Program Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the overall development of children
  • Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure high-quality care
  • Plan and lead activities that foster learning and socialization, such as storytelling, singing, and outings
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment by planning and maintaining a well-organized space
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours
Requirements
  • Child development worker (ECE level 2) certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
