What YOU Will Do

  • Monitor suppliers closely and sound the alarm when one or more benchmarks are at risk of not being met by a supplier. The Supply Tracking Coordinator role is essential for keeping the site informed of equipment manufacturing progress;
  • Follow up on supplier invoice processing in coordination with accounting;
  • Responsible for tracking the progress of production and deliverables related to supply contracts, in coordination with buyers, the project material & equipment coordinator and all other project team members, as required;
  • Monitor the approval cycle of all technical documents, shop drawings, samples, etc;
  • Followup and organize inspections, visits and tests in coordination with engineering and quality managers;
  • Coordinate the delivery of all materials and equipment from suppliers to the project material & equipment coordinator.

What YOU Will Bring

  • Relevant experience in procurement or project management for an electromechanical contractor;
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical building components and equipment;
  • 2 years' experience in tracking orders for mechanical and/or electrical equipment;
  • Knowledge of purchasing and approval processes, and of the cycles and steps leading to the delivery of electromechanical components in the context of a construction project;
  • Bilingual French/English;
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, sound judgment and excellent communication skills;
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment, with good stress management skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to analyze data;
  • Ability to travel to our office (Montreal) and worksite (Granby).
