Job Brief_
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Customer Relations Administrator for a full-time contract position in our Head Office in Pickering.
You will be part of the customer relations team, assisting with data analysis, document maintenance, reporting and providing client services.
This position has the potential to become permanent.-

Position Responsibilities_
You will be assisting the Customer Relations Manager and current Administrator with daily tasks such as;
- Taking calls from purchasers, sometimes dealing with difficult customers.
Communications Support
- Sending out notices for our On-Site Teams and Customer Touch Points.
- Liaison with Tarion and other related associations, overseeing and distributing supplies to our On-Site Teams.
- Tarion Warranty and supporting the Manager with tasks, as needed.
- Preparing closing packages.
- Sending out surveys as well as collecting and reporting the data from those surveys.
- Communicate effectively with different internal departments as well as customers on a regular basis.
- General administrative duties including filing.
Scheduling_
- Fulltime
- In Office
- Flex-Hours Monday to Friday
Required Skills and Experience_
- Previous Administrative experience required
- Customer Service experience required
- New Home Experience an asset, but not required
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Programs with strong Excel skills
Customer Relations Administrator_
- Ability to deal with irate/difficult clients
- Detail Oriented
- Strong organization skills
- Time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
