1 ‐ Full Time – Director, Academics andFamily Health Team

Medical Affairs

The Director, Academics and Family Health Team supports theadvancement of annual performance goals related to

medical operations including recruitment, onboarding, andretention; development and management of APPs and

other contractual obligations; and oversees all academic teachingwithin the hospital. The Director acts as the main

point of contact with NOSM University and provides support andguidance to Medical Directors and serves as the

operational lead of the Hospitalist service.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience:

*Minimum of a Master's Degree in Business, Health, NursingAdministration, or in a related health care field from an

accredited university.

*Minimum of three (5) years' experience working in a system impactrole within a health care environment with a

focus in governance, quality improvement, conflict management andnegotiation Skills/Abilities:

*Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

Assets:

*Experience working in the development, implementation andevaluation of best practice of medical leadership

initiatives is preferred.

*Experience leading successful change through leadership of othersto meet organizational goals is preferred.

*Bilingualism is an asset.

Salary Range: $65.222 to 76.730
