Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage the administrative and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure costeffectiveness and financial sustainability.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track operational performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization while managing completion timelines and status of ongoing projects and work orders.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for operational growth and development.
  • Monitor the facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are wellmaintained and meet the needs of staff and students.
  • Handle logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and event planning for institutional activities and programs.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an educational institution or a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with families, the founder, and various team members.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decisionmaking and improve operational performance.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion for education.

Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
