We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Renovation Carpenter to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday activities on project jobsites ensuring quality and safety
- Coordinate with tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the project jobsite
- Prepare and review daily logs regarding project status
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site.
- Communicate daily checkins with all crew members
- Perform carpentry and construction duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the renovation industry, with a focus on carpentry and construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Ontario Building Codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with willingness to drive to multiple sites as required throughout Southern Ontario
- Basic tools, safety glasses, and boots are required
