Associate, Resource Manager, US Cash Management

What is the opportunity?


Cash Management Product Organization focus on establishing product vision, strategy and roadmap for the newly established Cash Management business in RBC US.

As a Resource Manager, you will be the person responsible who designs, implements, and maintains process for resource forecasting, employee onboarding, project budgeting and real estate planning.

Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

What will you do?

  • Organize and coordinate processes for resource planning, budget planning and employee onboarding.
  • Serve as a liaison and build bridges among Value Streams and Squads within the program.
  • Work with hiring managers to keep the resource plan and resource budget up to date
  • Manage the real estate design and plan for program resources

What you need to succeed?

  • Undergraduate university degree required
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, Lookups) and PowerPoint
  • General knowledge of Capital Markets or banking
  • Excellent presentation & written communication skills
  • SharePoint 2010 usage and development (ie: experience working with SharePoint lists)
  • Ability to interact effectively with project team members and senior business stakeholders
  • A passion for learning
