VP, Business Process Manager, US Cash Management

What is the opportunity?


Cash Management Product Organization focus on establishing product vision, strategy and roadmap for the newly established Cash Management business in RBC US.

Payment product is the foundation of the cash management business.

As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, documenting, reviewing and getting approval on process maps, defining control points required to manage US Cash Management business efficiently.

You will interact with various Journey Owners, Product Owners, Functional Partners, External Consultants and, Senior Leadership team in order to create process maps and identify control points.

This role will also lead and support in managing the inventory of process maps and associated RACI matrix.

What will you do?

  • Lead the identification, prioritization and documentation of process maps at different levels of granularity
  • Accountable for end to end process map documentation, review and getting approval.
  • Have a thorough understanding of Cash Management business in order to ensure appropriate controls and oversight are in place and consistently applied in the process maps.
  • Responsible for the strategy and planning for completion of process maps and associated control points.
  • Work with Senior Leadership, Journey Owners and Functional partners in respect of document, review and optimization of processes
  • Collaborate with various levels of team members to ensure alignment and consistency across different levels of process maps
  • Create and manage the inventory of controls points and identify owners for implementation
  • Advanced analytical and resolution skills required to effectively manage situations involving rapid changes, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands with exceptionbased complex processes.
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and functional partners to design an efficient and marketleading process architecture that adheres to all RBC policies and controls.

What you need to succeed?

Must have

  • Undergraduate university degree required
  • A 'clientfirst' mindset.
  • Prior experience in workflow and process maps design and implementation
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal capabilities and excellent presentation skills
  • Analytical: Pay attention to detail, with the ability to understand the dependencies of details
  • Multi-Task: This is required on a daily basis in a fast paced project environment
