To support us on our journey, Sinai Health is looking for a
Bilingual Client Care Coordinator - CMaRS to support the CMaRS Business Development department at our Mount Sinai Hospital Campus.
CMaRS is a web based Software as a Service (SaaS) system used by hospitals across Canada to manage their clinician database and supports the process of Initial Appointment and Reappointment of physicians and other medical professionals.
The Bilingual Client Care Coordinator - CMaRS is a key point of contact for our 70 + clients across Canada and will work closely with the Manager - CMaRS and members of the Sinai Health Informatics team to support the needs of these clients.
Your main responsibilities will be to (1) support new hospitals in the implementation process for CMaRS and existing clients as they implement new CMaRS services and (2) support current clients throughout the year including preparation for their annual reappointment process.
The Bilingual Client Care Coordinator will build strong working relationships with these clients including listening to client feedback to ensure that CMaRS continues to build a great product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Care
- Coordinating the implementation process for new CMaRS clients including managing timelines, confirming specific client requirements, coordinating receipt of client material and arranging final review/testing
- Ongoing support of clients such as client requests/questions/trouble shooting and assigning requests to technical team/others as required
- Coordinating with new and existing clients for content required as part of appointment or reappointment services
- Training and retraining of clients as required
Web demos
- Provide product demos to potential and existing French clients. (You will be supported by other team members)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, College diploma or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience supporting high value clients is required
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with clients and internal team in a clear and professional manner
- Strong team player
- Excellent analytic thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines and multitask to meet expectations
- Ability to handle matters of a sensitive and confidential nature with strong problem solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Previous experience in Medical Affairs / Credentialing Office would be an asset
