You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Scrum Master.
Your main responsibilities:
Facilitation of SCRUM ceremonies (sprint planning, sprint review, daily scrum, retrospective, backlog refinement, stakeholders demo) and SAFe (PI planning)
Coaching of the team for a good understanding of the empirical approach, the adoption of the scrum values while giving them the keys to become a self-managed team.
Coaching and support in the implementation of the Nexus Framework
Transition of processes to the JIRA tool
Environment:

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience as Scrum Master
Very good experience and knowledge of Agile Frameworks
Scrum Master or Agile certified
Experienced as Java developer
Excellent communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
