Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $52,000 to $65,000 based on a 35 hour work week. The actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a Renewal Retention Specialist, you're a collaborative insurance professional with a passion for the client experience and your team members. You will bring together your advanced personal lines insurance knowledge with strong technical skills to service clients' full lifestyle portfolio for personal lines insurance needs.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience in a service and client satisfaction oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C provincial underwriting criteria, portals, claims handling, handling of client inquiries
  • Insurance Broker Level 2 License preferred
