As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the management of resources in order to achieve the targeted objectives within the defined time and budget conditions.

Your ability to communicate well, to maneuver and to foster a culture of collaboration, will allow you to effectively manage work teams in the achievement of the organization's objectives.

Your role is to ensure the organization, direction and control of human, material, financial and technological resources essential to the delivery of one or more medium to very large-scale, cross-functional projects.

You are responsible for the project plan and act as the focal point for all contributors involved in the delivery of the project (sponsor, managers and contributors), using your planning and coordination skills.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the development of the unique project plan taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages with other projects, while ensuring consistency with the vision of the sponsor's business objectives,
  • In collaboration with the various contribution managers, be responsible for the deliverables in order to meet the business objectives and value creation while respecting the agreed upon agreements, costs and schedules,
  • Perform functional supervision and coordination of internal and external contributors (integrator or others) involved in the project delivery,
  • Develop the risk analysis, impacts and related strategies taking into account various factors in order to manage the risk level of the project,
  • Be responsible for the budgetary followup and the status of the project with the promoter, the steering committee and other decisionmaking bodies.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics or any other related field,
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management,
  • Experience in ERP implementation,
  • Experience in the distribution sector,
  • Knowledge in procurement and logistics (Pick/Pack, order to cash...),
  • Mastery of one or more programming languages (Python, Scala, C#, Airflow, etc.),
  • Master's degree or graduate degree in project management (an asset),
  • PMP or Agile certification (an asset),
  • Fluency in French and knowledge of English.
