Exciting Hybrid Opportunity

Join our team in the Commercial Accounts department as a Commercial Account Representative. In this role, you will be in charge of managing a group of accounts with a focus on administration and top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that sales vehicles meet required specifications through thorough condition assessments and obtaining repair authorizations
  • Manage the inventory and sale process of vehicles including data entry, transmission to customer systems, online vehicle selection, sales agreement creation, and vehicle lineup determination
  • Prepare detailed reports by extracting data from computer systems such as inventory and sales summaries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively communicating with clients and resolving any issues promptly
  • Process payments efficiently, finalize sales transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Commercial Accounts, proficiency in AMS and MS Office tools are advantageous
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle appraisal skills are beneficial
  • Strong multitasking abilities are essential
  • Ability to recognize value-adding repair opportunities
  • A detail-oriented individual capable of quick problem-solving and thriving in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent customer service and communication proficiencies
  • Self-motivated with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Being bilingual is considered a plus
