Nous recherchons des conseillers et conseillères en ressources humaines, plus spécifiquement en matière de dotation et relations de travail, au niveau HR/RH-03 (PE-01)2
- Les opérations RH offrent une atmosphère de travail collégiale où vous pouvez vous engager et évoluer avec une grande équipe de professionnels dévoués.
- Nous offrons un programme d'apprentissage - soit le Programme national d'apprentissage des RH (PNARH), qui comprend deux promotions jusqu'à l'atteinte du niveau HR/RH-04 (équivalent à PE-03 dans la fonction publique).

Au sein de notre équipe, vous:
- Vous travaillerez étroitement avec la haute direction de votre groupe client afin de bien saisir les besoins et leurs enjeux organisationnels.
- Communiquerez des renseignements aux conseillers de votre équipe afin d'identifier et de créer des occasions de projets conjoints qui serviront dans le meilleur intérêt de vos clients.
- Collaborerez avec les autres équipes des opérations ainsi qu'avec vos collègues dans les autres disciplines de RH en vue de profiter des possibilités et des initiatives d'amélioration de l'efficacité dans l'ensemble des RH.

Employés de la fonction publique fédérale (organismes énumérés aux annexes I, IV et V de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques) occupant un poste d'attache PE-02 (ou équivalent*), employé pour une période d'au moins six mois cumulatifs dans le groupe HR/RH, PE ou l'équivalent*.
ET les militaires et les anciens militaires des Forces armées canadiennes admissibles
- Les professionnels en ressources humaines au sein d'une organisation ayant un différent système de classification (p. ex. Centre de la sécurité des télécommunications Canada, Service canadien du renseignement de sécurité, etc.) sont inclus.

Ce processus de dotation pourrait être utilisé afin de doter des postes pouvant être situés à Ottawa, ON. Par conséquent, si vous êtes sélectionné pour un poste à la suite de ce processus, vous aurez possiblement à déménager à cet endroit.
Les militaires et les anciens militaires des Forces armées canadiennes qualifiés qui recevront une offre d'emploi n'ont pas droit aux frais de réinstallation de l'ARC. Ils pourraient cependant, avoir droit à une dernière réinstallation de la part du Ministère de la défense nationale.
