Are you an actuarial student with a keen interest in analytics and machine learning? TD Insurance is looking for an intern to join our team of actuaries and machine learning scientists to gain work experience in putting artificial intelligence solutions into practice.

These algorithms are used to solve business problems spanning various departments such as pricing, underwriting, fraud, call centers and claims.

As an actuarial machine learning intern, you will participate in the design and development of analytical solutions from A to Z.

You will have the opportunity to interact with the partners we support to understand their business problems and propose impactful solutions.

You will learn new technologies at the intersection of actuarial science and machine learning science with the support of seasoned actuaries and machine learning scientists, and in collaboration with other interns.

You will have the opportunity to participate in different stages of projects, including data preparation, exploration of different predictive models, analysis and communication of results.


Job Requirements

  • You are currently an actuarial student
  • You possess written and verbal communication skills in both English, and count the following aptitudes among your strengths:
