IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking an individual with expertise in utility demand side management programs, prepared to take on the role of Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Managing Consultant based on prior experience. At Dunsky, Consultants are expected to possess a background in research, technical analysis, and quantitative tools while also excelling in client management and communication.

Required skills & experience:

  • Professional background in designing and evaluating utility demand side management (DSM) programs
  • Thorough understanding of DSM policy and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with benefit-cost analysis of distributed energy resources
  • Knowledge of DSM program portfolio planning within utility frameworks
  • Familiarity with DSM Evaluation, Measurement & Verification practices
  • Competence in conducting, reviewing, and interpreting quantitative analysis
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

In addition, please let us know if you possess the following skills or certifications:

  • DSM related industry training and credentials
  • Experience with Utility DSM program delivery
  • Professional experience in addressing clean energy transition challenges
  • Experience solving analytical problems with coding languages
  • Consulting experience with aptitude in client understanding and recommendation development

Collaborating with a team of experts, you will be tasked with conducting studies and developing plans for various organizations with decision-making influence, working towards a more sustainable future in North America.

LOCATION
