The Cross Cultural Learner Centre is a non-profit organization, located in London, Ontario, that provides settlement services for newcomers to Canada.

We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent
Groups and Events Facilitator to join our team. This role works Monday to Friday from noon to 8 p.m. and 1 Saturday per month.

The Groups and Events Facilitator organizes and facilitates various groups and events for newcomers with targeted programs for women, men & seniors.

These activities include discussion groups, mentoring groups, information workshops and social activities.

A background in Social Services, working with newcomers and vulnerable populations, and experience organizing group activities will have prepared you for this role.

The ability to speak a newcomer language is a big asset.

You will also need to be able to do light lifting of group activity supplies and have a car and driver's license to attend off-site activities that may not be on a bus route.


As CCLC works with vulnerable clients in our community, you'll need to be able to pass a Vulnerable Persons Police Check to work for our organization.
