**Duties / Tâches**:
Visitor Facilities Attendant (Stream 1):
Facilities Attendants play a very important role here in Jasper National Park. They are tasked with cleaning and maintaining Parks Canada Agency buildings/facilities and grounds in all corners of the Park. Facility Attendants typically work in a team during peak season however, those that work earlier or later in the season will have more independent work. The right people to fill these positions should take pride in their work, and going the extra mile to contribute to creating memorable experiences for visitors. As a presence in all regions of the park, Facility Attendants have the opportunity to interact with visitors and answer inquiries, provide direction and represent the Parks Canada Agency at all times in addition to their routine cleaning and maintenance duties.

Visitor Services Attendant (Stream 2):
Campgrounds - Campground Attendants welcome visitors from all over the world, providing information, and education about camping in the national park. Campground Attendants provide information on a wide variety of topics including camping, fees, safety, weather, trails, day use areas, wildlife, park regulations and policies. Our team members spend time working outdoors; they are responsible for cleaning facilities, providing minor maintenance, and conducting facility rounds to ensure visitor compliance with park regulations. Team members are also accountable for collecting fees and keeping accurate financial records.

Entry Gates - As the first line of contact for visitors entering Jasper National Park, Gate Attendants have the privilege of welcoming visitors into the park and setting the tone for their visit. Gate Attendants at any of Jasper's three gates provide a friendly service to visitors entering Jasper by collecting revenue through the sale of park passes, and providing basic safety and park information. Gate Attendants work independently for most of their shift but their work contributes to the smooth functioning of a larger team./ Préposé/préposée aux installations destinées aux visiteurs (volet 1):
Les personnes retenues joueront un rôle très important dans le parc national Jasper. Elles devront nettoyer et entretenir les bâtiments, les installations et les terrains de Parcs Canada dans tous les secteurs du parc. Les titulaires travaillent généralement en équipe pendant la haute saison, mais ceux et celles qui entrent en fonction plus tôt ou qui terminent leur période d'emploi plus tard dans la saison devront travailler de façon plus autonome. Les bonnes personnes pour ces postes sont celles qui tirent de la fierté de leur travail et qui vont au-delà des attentes pour contribuer à la création d'une expérience mémorable pour les visiteurs. Comme elles seront présentes dans tous les secteurs du parc, les personnes retenues auront l'occasion d'interagir avec les visiteurs et de répondre à leurs demandes de renseignements, de fournir des directives et de représenter l'Agence Parcs Canada tout en s'acquittant de leurs tâches de nettoyage et d'entretien courantes.

Préposés ou préposées aux services aux visiteurs (volet 2):
Campings - Les préposés et préposées aux campings accueillent des visiteurs des quatre coins de la planète et leur donnent des renseignements sur le camping dans le parc national. Vous fournirez de l'information sur tout un éventail de sujets, notamment le camping, les droits à payer, la sécurité, les conditions météorologiques, les sentiers, les aires de fréquentation diurne, la faune ainsi que les règlements et les politiques du parc. Les membres de notre équipe travaillent en partie à l'extérieur et sont chargés du nettoyage des installations, de l'exécution de tâches d'entretien mineures et de ronde de surveillance des installations. Les membres de l'équipe sont aussi tenus de percevoir des droits et de tenir des dossiers financiers exacts.

Postes d'entrée - En tant que contact de première ligne pour les visiteurs qui se rendent dans le parc national Jasper, les préposés et préposées aux postes d'entrée ont le privilège d'accueillir les visiteurs et de donner le ton pour une visite agréable.
