Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize documents related to tenders, including requests for proposal (RFPs), quotes, and bids.
  • Ensure all tender documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
  • Track tender deadlines and communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely submissions.
  • Collect, organize, and document historical project data for use in future tenders
  • Support the tendering team in managing the supplier database and coordinating with vendors.
  • Assist with the preparation of tenderrelated reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the tendering team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a similar field required.
  • Proven experience as an administrator, preferably in a tendering or procurement department.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
