    Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within the finance team of our Containerboard Packaging division, under the supervision of Nathalie Cinq-Mars and the support of our plant controller Laura Hatch
    Responsibilities:
  • 60% of your time will be devoted to: Manage the supplier's accounts (payables)
  • 40% of your time will be devoted to:
  • Receivables and invoices
  • Balance sheet
  • Ensure that the data into the system is complete and accurate
  • Provide administrative support to the local management team
  • Enter transactions in the various accounting software


 Costs control
  • In order to do so, you'll have to:
  • Be action oriented
  • Be rigorous
  • Work closely with different business partners in the plant
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of current processes
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills and thoroughness
  • Demonstrate analytical skills, autonomy and a high level of initiative

  • In possession of an accounting diploma
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in account payables
  • Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (A MUST)
