Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and track program cost metrics
- Provide project managers with financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze project costs and forecast future commitments
- Create standard costing metrics for the maintenance organization
- Analyze production costs and suggest improvements
- Evaluate maintenance operations and equipment utilization
- Support month-end cost accounting for financial closure
- Collaborate with finance team on project accounting and budgeting
- Monitor and manage expenses within project budget
- Recommend operational changes for efficiency
- Lead cost management initiatives
- Contribute to annual operation plans and budgets
- Review program budgets with project managers
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports

Qualifications:
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree
- CPA designation is a plus
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in project accounting for medium to large projects
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong time management and deadline adherence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in software systems (e.g., Great Plains, WinAir)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Team player with diverse team contribution capabilities
