Your role
As our newly appointed Marketing Account Manager and (the sixth colleague in the brand new Toronto office), you will be key in maintaining a strategic partnership with our life science clients.
This may include planning integrated marketing roadmaps, providing quality assurance support, and adding senior contributions to key client interactions such as workshops, presentations, and proposals.
As a Senior Account Manager at ramarketing, you can expect to:- Partner with key clients to provide strategic direction, oversight and support on accounts, becoming a truly integrated marketer.
- Support ramarketing's business development activities, chairing client meetings with senior client stakeholders to deliver growth across your client portfolio.
- Provide leadership across integrated marketing teams and ensure the team is focusing on delighting clients and delivering ROI.
- Collaborate with content, digital, PR, R&S etc to ensure work is being delivered to worldclass standards and deadlines and briefs are consistently achieved.
- Ensure the client's voice is front and centre of workshops, presentations and proposals, aligning integrated marketing strategies with their objectives and growth strategies.
- Updating CRMs and ensuring accurate record keeping, ensuring key information is captured for your clients.
- Independently manage workload and demands on ramarketing's larger and more complex integrated accounts.
You will play a key role in helping our clients identify strategic growth opportunities across your portfolio and support our delivery teams to deliver world-class work to help our clients get noticed and grow within life sciences.

Ideally, you will come from/have experience of an agile agency environment and be comfortable in balancing client objectives and growth across your accounts.
- Experience managing complex strategy projects from initial discovery to implementation.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships with their clients.
- You will have a strong knowledge of integrated marketing and be able to communicate complex data and messaging.
- A proven track record of working on several complex client projects and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience delivering account portfolio growth through integrated marketing strategies.
