Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quality team in development, implementation & maintenance of Quality Management Systems as per the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 9th Edition,
  • Familiar in a Machine Shop Environment for manufacture of products for Oil & Gas Industry,
  • Assist the Quality team in development of policies and procedures,
  • Assist the Quality team with Internal & External Quality audits as per industry standards,
  • Assist the Quality team in investigation of all quality incidents and provide direction for the disposition of corrective actions,
  • Ensure all quality records are being maintained and updated on a regular basis, and
  • Assist the Quality team to be proactive in seeking Quality improvements.

Education:

  • College degree, but engineering technologist diploma will be an asset
  • Grade 12 diploma with one year experience

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Ability to speak and write clearly in English language.
