Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Expert to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for providing direction for automated testing, recommending testing tools, and designing test cases for user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and execute test cases to validate user acceptance testing
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on testing methodologies and best practices
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role with hands-on test automation experience
  • Proficient in isolating, tracking, and managing defects
  • Good understanding of testing methodologies, including unit and system testing
  • In-depth knowledge of designing test cases for user acceptance testing
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated with great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical skills and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent
