Nous recherchons activement un(e) agent(e) administratif(ive) dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de notre clinique de physiothérapie.
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et fournir un service client exceptionnel;
- Gérer les horaires des thérapeutes de manière efficace;
- Assister les thérapeutes et les gestionnaires dans leurs tâches administratives et logistiques;
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux courriels et aux demandes de renseignements des clients;
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé
EXIGENCES
Avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite; avoir la capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps; maîtriser des outils informatiques (suite office); avoir le sens de l'organisation; être empathique et avoir à coeur d'offrir un service client exemplaire; avoir de l'expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire ou dans le domaine de la santé serait un atout

Qualifications professionnelles
