About the Team:


The Aftermarket Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining ZF as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions for assigned Aftermarket region/accounts.

The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship through translation of the voice of the customer into the right customer strategy and serving as the central conduit for all customer related activities.


This is a remote role in Canada that supports a sales region covering the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskachewan, and Manitoba.

What you can look forward to as an IAM Account Manager:

  • Lead the request for quotation process for all customer requests
  • Execute sales growth strategies
  • Ensure the organization is responsive to customer needs, expectations and requests and communicate these throughout our organization
  • Strengthen the account team fulfilling all internal and external expectations
  • Maintain product development strategies in the BU's to fulfill customer and market needs
  • Initiate and implement campaigns, projects, and customer events as required
  • Support all negotiations with the customers, including contracts and promotional programs
  • Deliver premium service levels across the value chain from product development, through manufacturing, to delivery

Your profile as an IAM Account Manager:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; extensive experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Five or more years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the heavy truck industry or automotive aftermarket
  • Commercial Vehicle experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Deep understanding of the assigned region and/or customers
  • Superior communication at all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Negotiation/Relationship management skills
