About This Opportunity

The National Account Executive of Route-to-Market (RTM) is a key member of the customer excellence team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Route-to-Market. This individual will have a vital role in overseeing the performance and strategic partnerships with our distributor partners and national accounts. The main focus is to implement and monitor the Alternative Route-to-Market (ARTM) strategy to enhance customer service, drive operational efficiencies, and foster growth in volume and revenue with our distributor partners and Coke Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with distributor partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead collaborative business planning sessions with distributors to execute strategic initiatives aligned with shared goals.
  • Ensure successful delivery of the annual business plan within the distributor portfolio.
  • Manage local distributor programs to expand volume, revenue, and customer base for Coke Canada and distributors.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiency solutions for sustainable growth.
  • Oversee volume/revenue forecasts, CMA, and trade spend accrual.
  • Manage complex distributor supply and service inquiries, offering solutions as needed.
  • Assist the national foodservice & on-premise (FSOP) team, field sales, and distributors in the customer onboarding process for ARTM delivery.
  • Collaborate with the National FSOP customer team and operating units to exceed customer service expectations.
  • Identify and onboard new distributor partners, ensuring alignment with Coke Canada ARTM strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of distributor performance, analyzing key metrics for improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Preferred Education:

  • University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Required Experience:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Financial acumen – Ability to manage a P&L and provide financially-driven recommendations.
  • Proven ability to address the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling based on insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
  • Sales and supply chain experience in a CPG setting is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral); knowledge of French is a plus.
