Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creating work orders, arranging bookings, and communicating them to the technicians
  • Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
  • Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
  • Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
  • Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
  • The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
  • Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
  • Participate in all safety initiatives, as required, or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire.
  • Complete assigned elearning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
  • Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
  • Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and, on the road, site or field

Working conditions:

  • A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
  • Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 25KG is required
  • Consistent work with computers and communicating on the phone

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of automotive repair
  • A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Proficient computer skills
