Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Advisor to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As an Optical Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring all patients receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers without delay, answer phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner, and schedule patient visits efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of store merchandise, including lenses and frames, and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Clinical Support: Perform pre-examination testing, explain measurements and answer patient questions, and provide coaching and guidance on contact lens care.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle and file patient records, process shipments, and operate the POS system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: High School Graduate/GED or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator and listener to customers and associates.
- Math Skills: Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Sales Skills: Sales skills and knowledge of store merchandise.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or optical.
Benefits: Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
