Overview

The Technology Account Manager is the main point of contact for client Hosting operations and acts as a technology advisor and liaison to internal teams. They ensure customer needs are met, conduct performance monitoring, and lead efforts to standardize hosting delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Manage client relationships and communications
  • Resolve hosting customer issues efficiently
  • Provide regular program updates and service performance reports
  • Liaison between technology vendors, internal teams, and business partners
  • Document processes and procedures for client success
  • Manage internal workstreams and performance monitoring for issue resolution
  • Adhere to contractual obligations and set operational expectations
  • Analyze data trends and present findings
  • Coordinate service maintenance to minimize business impact
  • Ensure Hosting client satisfaction and oversee project deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Azure Fundamentals AZ900 (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Logic Monitor, etc. (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Client-focused with ability to work well in complex environments
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to changing processes and technologies
  • Experience in multi-team coordination and event planning

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 50% travel may be required

Working Arrangements

  • Work in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
