Overview
The Technology Account Manager is the main point of contact for client Hosting operations and acts as a technology advisor and liaison to internal teams. They ensure customer needs are met, conduct performance monitoring, and lead efforts to standardize hosting delivery practices.
Requirements
- Manage client relationships and communications
- Resolve hosting customer issues efficiently
- Provide regular program updates and service performance reports
- Liaison between technology vendors, internal teams, and business partners
- Document processes and procedures for client success
- Manage internal workstreams and performance monitoring for issue resolution
- Adhere to contractual obligations and set operational expectations
- Analyze data trends and present findings
- Coordinate service maintenance to minimize business impact
- Ensure Hosting client satisfaction and oversee project deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Azure Fundamentals AZ900 (Preferred)
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Logic Monitor, etc. (Preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Client-focused with ability to work well in complex environments
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Adaptable to changing processes and technologies
- Experience in multi-team coordination and event planning
Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% travel may be required
Working Arrangements
- Work in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
