JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, organize, and upload documentation within established timelines.
- Follow funding guidelines and ensure all outstanding lease/loan related information is collected
- Accurately input and update customer information in our systems
- Assist the account managers with required funding information
- Escalate problems or situations to the appropriate manager for resolution
- Process requests for copies of lease documentation, or documentation as requested by the customer
- Using a high level of organization to keep and maintain all records and documents
- Relay information to key external broker partners
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong integrity, professionalism and work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
- You are detail oriented and able to identify errors
- Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- You thrive in an environment that involves multitasking and changing priorities
- Ability to work both in a team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 1 year of experience in financial services is an asset
- Postsecondary diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset
