Facilitating execution of EE programs / events such as: Go Learn Sessions, Employee Engagement activities, Performance Development, Onboarding activities, Diversity & Inclusion events, etc.
# Manager, EE to evaluate the effectiveness of EE activities (e.g. learning materials, training sessions, delivery strategies) by collecting data to examine EE metrics and continuously improve techniques, delivery, outcomes and strengthen EE programming# Assisting with the identification, development, implementation and maintenance of communications platforms with a specific focus on channels that are fundamental to and drive Employee Engagement across Canada such as Viva Scotia, Viva Engage and SharePoint

1-3 years' work experience in employee engagement, communications, relationship managmenet, or related field, preferably with a financial services institution or financial services exposure
~ Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
