Key Responsibilities- Develop and update contract terms and conditions in conjunction with project managers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project contracting and contract management plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide specialist advice on contract management, arbitration, and commercial close-out of projects.
- Lead the contracts team and represent the project team in all contracts-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
