Responsibilities:

Implement and train on collision management system Assist with the Strategic Plan Provide training on management system workflow process Complete facility and operation reviews Assist with OEM certifications Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate Collision Centres goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success Process creation and improvement Share best practices within the collision centres

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of Collision Centre experience Experience training others, in small and large group setting Experience using Bodyshop Connect is a requirement Experience in Mitchell Repair Centre is an asset Experience in Progi is an asset Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history. Bilingual would be an asset Travel will be a requirement
