**Description**:
Le vice-président du marketing est le responsable stratégique au sein de l'équipe de direction d'Alcumus Canada. Il est responsable de la croissance des revenus et de l'acquisition de clients pour la division SafeContractor d'Alcumus au Canada, année après année. Il développe et exécute une stratégie marketing pour SafeContractor Canada et crée et dirige une fonction marketing performante et orientée client afin d'atteindre une croissance durable à long terme.

Le titulaire du poste est chargé de favoriser l'acquisition, la fidélisation et la vente complémentaire, tant au niveau du client que de l'entrepreneur, pour l'ensemble des produits au Canada.

**Qu'est-ce que cela signifie au jour le jour**:

- Élaborer la stratégie de marketing pour le Canada afin de stimuler la croissance d'Alcumus SafeContractor
- Développer et diriger l'équipe chargée d'exécuter un plan marketing annuel afin de garantir la réalisation du plan de croissance annuel de l'entreprise.
- Analyse continue du marché et de l'horizon pour informer la stratégie marketing canadienne.
- Élaborer et gérer le budget marketing canadien afin de garantir le retour sur investissement et de favoriser une croissance rentable.
- Concevoir et développer la structure de l'équipe marketing canadienne pour faciliter une croissance durable.
- Travailler en collaboration avec la direction des ventes pour gérer l'entonnoir de bout en bout, de la génération de suspects à la vente et à la réalisation de la valeur, afin d'assurer le retour sur investissement de toutes les activités de marketing.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre, par l'intermédiaire de l'équipe, une stratégie de fidélisation des membres et du cycle de vie des clients afin d'améliorer continuellement la fidélisation des clients.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing et digitales d'Alcumus SafeContractor au Royaume-Uni pour s'assurer que les meilleures pratiques sont utilisées.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les fonctions reliées à la commercialisation des produits Alcumus pour développer des stratégies de génération de demande pour tous les nouveaux produits et informer la feuille de route des produits avec des informations provenant des bases de clients existantes et potentielles.
- Agir en tant que coach et mentor pour maximiser le potentiel de chaque membre de l'équipe et participer en tant que membre de l'équipe de leadership pour l'activité SafeContractor d'Alcumus

- Expérience avérée dans l'amélioration de l'acquisition et de la fidélisation des clients par le biais des canaux de marketing
- Excellente connaissance du marketing, de la commercialisation de produits, CRM, et des stratégies numériques
- Posséder une forte aptitude à l'analyse des données et un sens aigu du calcul.
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de gestion de projet
- Esprit stratégique et capacité à prendre des décisions difficiles et à résoudre des problèmes.
