About the role
The Finance Transformation & Systems team is looking for an ERP Specialist
The ERP Specialist will also have to collaborate with the various stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and propose strategies to find solutions to obstacles and contribute to the achievement of established business objectives by leveraging their financial and technical knowledge.
What you'll do here:
- Supervise as well as maintain and configure the General Ledger, Security modules and will also provide support to other modules in production such as Procurement, AR, AP and Cash Management of the ERP system
- Act as a resource person for the team and represent the functional part of the project
- Understand business processes and systems as well as master the different data flows
- Lead the development and/or review tests and documentation of results
- Lead problem management and system performance, finding the source of the problem or being able to use the tools offered to get there
- Communicate solutions and obtain approval from stakeholders and experts.
- Ensure that requirements are understood and respected.
- Coordinate the management of defects during project implementation and contribute to acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and facilitate the work of business people
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, finance or computer systems management or any combination of equivalent training and experience
- Knowledge and experience of Oracle Fusion systems is a major asset
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, FRS or Smartview
- Indepth knowledge of the MS Excel too
- Experience with audit controls
- Experience with large, national scale projects
